Refund policy

Because downloadable files and software can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered. If a file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, contact KDV Studios within 14 days so the issue can be fixed or an appropriate remedy considered.

Deposits reserve production capacity and are normally non-refundable once work begins. If a project is cancelled, the applicable proposal or contract determines what is due for completed work, committed costs and reserved time.

Include the email used for purchase, the order or project reference, and a clear description of the issue. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
